The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un sent a wreath to the bier of Kim Yong Il, former secretary of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea (WPK) who is the winner of Order of Kim Il Sung and Order of Kim Jong Il and Hero of the Republic, expressing deep condolences over his death.

Kim Yong Il, who grew up to be a senior official in the field of external affairs under the care of the peerlessly great men, made contributions to implementing the independent foreign policy of the WPK and the DPRK government with boundless loyalty and devotion to the Party, revolution, country and people.

The wreath, sent by the respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un, was laid before the bier of the deceased on Oct. 1.
