On July 16, Juche 102 (2013) the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un visited the Okryu Children’s Hospital which was under construction.
While acquainting himself with its construction, he learned that officials were hesitant about importing some cutting-edge equipment because of its exorbitant price. Noting that nothing should be spared for children, he took a relevant measure for its import.
Then he said: I will see to it that ambulances and all other vehicles needed for the operation and management of the hospital would be supplied to the hospital; as this is a hospital our Party decided to build for our children, I will have all the problems arising in its construction solved.
Then there was a strong wind blowing and it started to shower, soaking his clothes. Officials asked him not to come to the construction site of the hospital any more but inspect it after it was inaugurated.
Kim Jong Un said he could not do so as the children’s hospital was the greatest concern for him.
The rain was still pouring down when Kim Jong Un came out of the hospital. Yet he did not care but headed for the construction site of the Ryugyong Dental Hospital.
