The Korean Central News Agency released a commentary under the title "The Nuclear Strategic Assets of the United States Deployed in South Korea Are the First Target to Be Destroyed by the Armed Forces of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea".

The military provocations of the United States are developing to a more dangerous stage.

On October 17, the United States sent air strategic assets including the nuclear strategic bombers "B-52" and the stealth fighters "F-22Raptor" to south Korea.

It is for the first time that the core aerial war potentials of the United States were deployed in the region of the Korean peninsula at the same time and the possibly nuclear-armed strategic bombers "B-52", a typical one of the US Air Force, landed in south Korea.

That day, all those air strategic assets of the US forces made frantic provocations in the sky in an area adjacent to the Military Demarcation Line and the "B-52" strategic bombers of the US forces and the "F-35A" fighters of the south Korean Air Force conducted even a large-scale combined air drill against the Democratic People's Republic of Korea.

What is more serious is that on the 19th, brass hats of the US Air Force including the Commander of the US Pacific Air Force and the Commander of the US 7th Air Force showed up at the Chongju Air Base with "B-52" landing together with such stooges as the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff and the Chief of the General Staff of the Air Force of south Korea and openly made remarks of preemptive attack that the deployment of the nuclear strategic assets "shows the firm will to implement the commitment to provision of extended deterrence and suggests the possibility of launch of nukes to the north at any time in case of contingency".

What's more, it is planned to stage a combined air drill of the United States, Japan and south Korea along with the US nuclear strategic bombers "B-52" in the sky around the Korean peninsula, the first of its kind in history, from the 22nd.

This is the intentional nuclear war provocation of the United States driven into a tight corner at home and abroad.

As everybody knows, the adventurous policy of the United States to realize its strategy for hegemony has faced a bankruptcy due to disputes in Europe and Middle East and sequel to them, and its internal affairs are at sixes and sevens owing to the acute conflicts between the political forces at home.

The external influence and position of the present US Administration continue to fall due to new contradictions and discords between the big powers and allies.

The United States schemes to open a way out of resurrection in the Korean peninsula, regarding nukes of tyranny as an almighty means to solution. But its attempt can never be realized.

Actually putting the mechanism of nuclear war into operation, the United States mobilizes such nuclear strategic assets as strategic nuclear submarines, nuclear-powered carriers and nuclear strategic bombers. The Armed Forces of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea are sharply watching it whether it is a "heart stimulant" for "relieving" the south Korean puppets of their constant anxiety about security or a wicked plot to open an external way out with worsened situation on the Korean peninsula, regarding it as a serious military move of preemptive nuclear attack aimed at the physical removal of our state.

The United States will know well that the Korean peninsula is legally in a state of war and the strategic assets deployed in the area of the enemy side ought to be the first target of destruction.

The time, when the right of preemptive attack was the "monopoly" of the United States, has already become ancient history.

Since the United States and the gangsters of the "Republic of Korea" have provoked a nuclear war on the DPRK, our option will also respond to it.

The nearer and bigger the target is, the clearer it looks and the higher the degree of danger becomes so much.

We remind them once again of the fact that the DPRK has already legalized the policy on the nuclear forces which allowed to go through the necessary procedures of action in case an attack on the state was mounted with nukes or their use was imminent, and later, stipulated it even in the Constitution.

The United States had better realize as early as possible that the more often its misjudgment repeats, the nearer the dangerous moment of the American Continent across the ocean will come.

Rash act will be accompanied by irretrievable regret.
