Conscious of Duty and Mission of Working Class

I couldn’t repress excitement as I took part in the election of deputies to the local people’s assemblies amid the enthusiastic atmosphere of waging a vigorous struggle for the overall development of Korean-style socialism under the leadership of the Central Committee of the Workers’ Party of Korea.

Looking at our working class entering the polling booth with orders pinned on their breast, I was deeply moved by the great benevolence of the Party and the State who highly appreciated our working class.

Among the candidates nominated for deputies are lots of workers who devote their wits and enthusiasm for prosperity of the country. I think this is the greatest trust in our working class.

Therefore, we, working class of the Kim Chaek Iron and Steel Complex, devote ourselves to increasing the steel production with firm pledge to be faithful to our duty and mission.

As Befits Scientist of Juche Korea

Attending the election of deputies to the local people’s assemblies, I was so excited because there is a scientist like me among the candidates for deputies.

Seeing the photo of scientist candidate pasted at the polling station, I keenly realized once again the love and trust of our Party and State.

There are lots of scientists in the world; however, the scientists in our country are the most blessed ones under the socialist system.

There is no border in science, but our scientists have the socialist motherland which we should serve with science. Therefore we, scientists, are burning our hearts with single mind to add shine to our socialism by devoting our wisdom and enthusiasm.

I firmly pledged once again to make bigger contribution to building prosperous country by developing more architectural materials.

To Fulfill Duty of Farmers of Country

Greeting the conspicuous day of election, I am deeply impressed by the gratitude toward the socialist system which puts forward our agricultural workers as the masters of land.

During the stateless period, the word "farmer" is precisely a pronoun of trampled and suppressed slave. However, today, our farmers have grown up as the outpost troops of the campaign to defend socialism who are responsible for the granary of the country in the bosom of our country.

Taking part in election for consolidating the people’s government as firm as rock, my decision to uphold our socialist system with rice production gets stronger.

We will devote ourselves to the farming to engrave figures of our farmers on the appearances of our generation which will remain as the greatest and iron-willed generation in the history of our Republic’s development.
