Pyongyang, December 7 (KCNA) -- The Bloomberg News of the U.S. reported that the first test flight of the new-generation stealth strategic bomber B-21 Raider was conducted recently.
The B-21 Raider is a military hardware advertised by the U.S. that it can carry out a surprise preemptive nuclear strike anywhere in the world in secret. The U.S. is mulling making and operating 100 such strategic bombers in the future.
The reports of the Bloomberg News and other foreign media show that the U.S., which regards nuclear weapons as a pillar of its strategy for world domination, is persistently attempting to mount a preemptive nuclear strike at other countries, says Rodong Sinmun in an article on Thursday.

The U.S. has resorted to threats and blackmail and interference in internal affairs of those countries which are disobedient to it, brandishing nuclear weapons.
In recent years, it has openly revealed its attempt at a preemptive nuclear attack on those countries which it thinks can offer resistance.
The U.S. is working hard to put its scenario for preemptive nuclear attack into practice any moment.
Its reckless moves for modernizing and beefing up nuclear weapons for world domination have created the danger of destruction of the global nuclear balance.
The number of nuclear weapons has increased considerably as well as their destructive power and a new arms race is going on.
The world is going back to the Cold War era again, which is entirely attributable to the U.S.
