Pyongyang, December 10 (KCNA) -- The number of centenarians is on the steady rise in the DPRK thanks to the advantageous policies of the Party and the state for the promotion of people's health and well-being.
The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un sent a birthday spread to Kang Yu Bok, a woman centenarian living in neighborhood unit 216 of the township of Kyonghung County, North Hamgyong Province.
Kang, deeply moved by such benevolence, expressed her gratitude to Kim Jong Un .
Officials of the Kyonghung County Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea and the villagers congratulated her with her family members on the auspicious event.
Kang has always told her children to do more good deeds for the grateful country, saying that our socialist system, a large harmonious family in which all the people help each other forward under the care of the Workers' Party, is the best in the world. -0-
