The editorial goes on: At the historic 2023 December Plenary Meeting, the respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un highly appreciated the heroic feats of the workers of Ryongsong who made unprecedented innovations by turning the machinery production assigned by the Party Central Committee into the course of creating the second Chollima spirit and conducting mass technological innovations last year, and made sure that the fighting spirit displayed by them is emulated by the whole country. It is the noble intention of the Party Central Committee to successfully fulfill the Five-Year Plan and make dynamic leaps forward in the overall national development in the Chollima spirit of the new era pioneered in Ryongsong as was in the great years of miracles in which the torch of a great upsurge kindled in Kangson developed into the flames of Chollima movement to establish socialism from scratch. It is the glorious duty of the people, the soldiers of the great Comrade Kim Jong Un, for the revolution and posterity to add glory to the current era with legendary fame and feats, as was in the Chollima era, by making the flames of the fighting spirit of the new era kindled by Kim Jong Un with his tireless and painstaking efforts sweep the country.
