Pyongyang, January 28 (KCNA) -- Thanks to the respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un 's noble outlook on the posterity and future, the work for the rising generation will always take the first place in the order of policies of our Party and state, says Rodong Sinmun Sunday in an article.
At the 9th Plenary Meeting of the 8th Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, the General Secretary stressed that it is the consistent policy of the WPK and the eternal national policy of the DPRK for the Party and the state to provide the necessities for schoolchildren in a responsible manner. And at the 10th Session of the 14th Supreme People's Assembly, he said that what should be specially improved in implementing this year's socialist policies is to decisively raise the quality of school uniforms, bags and shoes.
Recalling this fact, the article goes on to say:
It is the political stand of our Party and state that one should pluck even a star if it is desired by the children. This stand is reflected in each policy for the rising generation.
Important Party and state meetings have dealt with the issues for the rising generation as main agenda items. This clearly shows how our Party and state consider and approach the work for the rising generation.
Our Party and state have taken lots of measures for the rising generation even though the country is pressed hard for funds and materials. It is their calculation method that any losses incurred for the rising generation are by no means a loss and more investment for the children will bring the rosier future of the country.
In the country, full demand and perfection are required in any work for the rising generation in accordance with the intention and will of the Party and the state to provide the most precious children with the best things in the world.
Today, any work for the rising generation is adopted as a policy of the Party and the state and it is being most perfectly carried out in the first order of the Party and state policies. This is because we have the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un , who loves our children and students more than anyone else and finds his pride of making revolution and struggling in the bright looks of the younger generation, at the top posts of the Party and the state. -0-
