Graduates from Kim Il Sung University Volunteer for the New Street Construction Project in Pyongyang

The noble spirit of the students of Kim Il Sung University, who have always been loyal to the call of the Party, was demonstrated again on the campus.
Recently, the graduates from the university, full of dream and hope, volunteered to take part in the construction of a new street in Pyongyang, a project which will write another glorious page in the history of the Korean youth movement.
A congratulatory meeting was held in the university gymnasium on June 8. Amid the playing of the welcoming music, the undergraduates warmly congratulated the volunteers with bouquets and garlands. Yun Hak So, a secretary of the University Party Committee conferred the certificates of dispatch to the graduates who the volunteered to work in the new street construction site in Sopho region. Congratulatory speeches were made in the meeting.
The speakers called upon the volunteers to send them only the news of brilliant exploits from the construction site, a new stage of activity and gigantic arena of youth, keeping in mind the boundless love and trust of the respected fatherly Marshal, who entrusted the whole project of construction of a new modern street to the young people. On behalf of the volunteers, a graduate from Faculty of Economy expressed his firm determination to display his youthful resources and gallantry of a vanguard in the construction cherishing the honor and pride of a graduate of Kim Il Sung University.
After the meeting, the senior officials and students of the university presented the volunteers warm greetings of congratulation and stormy applauds amidst the melody of "The Alma Mater Song of Kim Il Sung University".
