True to the idea and spirit of the Ninth Plenary Meeting of the Eighth Central Committee of the Workers’ Party of Korea, more than 80 young men and women volunteered to work at farms in South Hwanghae Province.
A meeting took place at the South Hwanghae Provincial Art Theatre on January 10.
It was attended by Pak Thae Sop, secretary of the South Hwanghae Provincial Committee of the WPK, youth league officials and young people.
Amid the enthusiastic applause of participants, certificates of volunteering were awarded to the volunteers, which was followed by a congratulatory speech.
The speakers expressed their determination to unsparingly devote themselves to the work of giving pleasure to the respected fatherly Marshal Kim Jong Un by doing farming well.
After the meeting was over, a performance was given to congratulate the volunteers.
Youth league officials and young people warmly saw off the volunteers who leave for socialist farms with the determination to fully demonstrate the resourcefulness and valour of socialist patriotic youth in the ongoing historic advance.
