Pyongyang, February 20 (KCNA) -- Jagang Province in the DPRK has dispatched agricultural scientists and researchers in the province to rural areas to heighten the zeal for scientific farming.
The province worked out a plan for activities of scientists and researchers and made sure that they fully prepared data on advanced scientific farming methods while analyzing the shortcomings revealed in last year's farming in relevant cities and counties.
The province also urged them to prepare passing on techniques, demonstration lecture and field lecture according to farming processes for the primary officials and farmers in the countryside.
Scientific and technical forces are now active in every farm field of the province.
They went to the farms in their charge in cities and counties to help agricultural workers do all farm work in a scientific and technological way in conformity with the characteristics of areas, while examining soil and weather conditions.
Thanks to the positive activities of the officials of the province and scientific and technological forces, farms are actively introducing advanced farming methods and techniques. -0-
