Yoram Pharmaceutical Plant has long engaged in developing and producing Koryo medicines and health foods for women.
Its products include soy bean calcium capsules, mantis ovary injection, viper immunoinvigorating injection and Sorbaria stellipila biliation pills, the last three of which are Koryo medicines.
In particular, soy bean calcium capsules are very popular among women of critical age. Women at critical age suffer climacteric disturbance syndrome as the excretion of female hormones decreases. But the capsules help to remove the syndrome.
A woman living in Songyo District, Pyongyang, said that after she took this medicine, she was relieved much of palpitation, night sweat and other symptoms and her skin got clear, shiny and young.

Saying that many kinds of medicines developed by the plant had won patent rights and invention certificates and had been highly appreciated at the national exhibition of scientific and technological hits in health sector-2023, Jong Mi Son, the head of the plant, added that the plant would work harder to develop better medicines for women..
