Pyongyang, April 12 (KCNA) -- The Kim Chaek Iron and Steel Complex in the DPRK has attained the highest results in the production of Juche iron since its inauguration.
The complex conducted bold and big-scale operations and organized a brisk movement, in which one overtakes and learns from others and swaps experience with them, among workshops and shifts to renew the production records one after another.
Meanwhile, furnacemen simultaneously conducted tapping and raw material feeding and introduced rational furnace operation method to reduce the tapping cycle and increase the number of charges per day and the amount of molten iron produced per charge.
Successes were also witnessed at the oxygen separator branch factory and the fields of repair and supply of raw materials.
The technical team of the complex made contributions to boosting the production of Juche molten iron by presenting technical innovation and rationalization proposals while reducing the fuel consumption. -0-
