Pyongyang, April 22 (KCNA) -- South Phyongan Province of the DPRK has conducted an irrigation project for tens of thousands of hectares of paddy and non-paddy fields, thus making headway in the work to perfect the irrigation system.
The province took concrete measures to speed up the irrigation project in the areas with unfavorable water supply conditions.
