Pyongyang, April 24 (KCNA) -- New houses have appeared at the Sinsaeng Farm in Chongdan County, South Hwanghae Province of the DPRK, amid the modern cultural villages being built one after another along with the new era of the socialist rural development.
Those modern, cultural and diverse dwelling houses in harmony with the surrounding environment are home of all blessings created under the energetic guidance of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un who has worked heart and soul to turn the countryside into an ideal socialist paradise for the people.
A ceremony for moving into new houses took place on the spot on April 23.
Present there were Pak Thae Dok, chief secretary of the South Hwanghae Provincial Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, officials and builders in Chongdan County and agricultural workers to move into those houses.
So Hak Song, vice-chairman of the South Hwanghae Provincial People's Committee, made a congratulatory speech.
Licenses for the use of new houses were handed over and speeches were made there.
Agricultural workers moved into new houses amid cheerful music and dances.
Officials visited the owners of new houses to congratulate them, sharing joy with them. -0-
