Officials and members of the Union of Agricultural Workers of Korea held a meeting at the Kuksabong Revolutionary Battle Site on the 24th on the occasion of the 92nd founding anniversary of the Korean People's Revolutionary Army.
Present at the meeting were officials concerned, and officials and members of the union.
Before the meeting, the participants visited the Kuksabong Revolutionary Battle Site.
Yun Chol, Vice-Chairman of the Central Committee of the Union of Agricultural Workers of Korea, read out a resolution.
The resolution said:
The great leader Kim Il Sung founded the Korean People's Revolutionary Army, the first revolutionary armed force of Juche type, on April 25, Juche 21(1932), putting an end to the history of national ordeals and greeting the new day of national liberation.
All the officials and members of the union should firmly arm themselves with the tradition of loyalty to the leader, the revolutionary spirit of self-reliance and the revolutionary optimism displayed by the anti-Japanese revolutionary forerunners and attain the goal of socialist rural construction set by the Workers' Party of Korea true to the leadership of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un.
The resolution called for adding eternal brilliance to the tradition of loyalty displayed by the anti-Japanese revolutionary forerunners in today's general advance for the overall development of socialism under the leadership of Kim Jong Un.
Speeches were made at the meeting.
