Ways for Increasing Production He Personally Indicated
The following happened when the respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un visited the Pyongyang Catfish Farm one October day in Juche 104(2015).
After looking round different parts of the factory, he asked an accompanying official if there were any other sites appropriate for building such farm.
The official informed that there might be some other regions where catfish farms could be built.
Then the respected General Secretary instructed that provinces should build such farms as the Pyongyang Catfish Farm in their regions; and continued that when the provinces built catfish farms and normalized their production, those farms would greatly contribute to improving the people’s living standard.
That day he said that after building catfish farms in the provinces, the emulation should be organized among the provinces, and it would encourage the provinces to make rapid progress in catfish production.
Hearing his instructions, the officials cherished deep in mind the ardent love of the respected General Secretary who works heart and soul for improving the people’s living standard.
Kindle Flame of Campaign for Swapping Experiences and Learning from Others
One August day in Juche 105(2016), the respected General Secretary visited the Taedonggang Combined Fruit Farm in spite of sultry weather.
Looking round the farm which had a good crop of fruits, he expressed his satisfaction.
Then he asked an official of the farm about its rank in the socialist emulation of the pomiculture Sector in the previous year.
Being informed that the farm won the first place in the emulation, the respected General Secretary encouraged the farm to win the top place that year, too, and stressed the need to organize well the socialist emulation.
He continued that through the socialist emulation, the apple production bases should exchange the experiences gained in the campaign for carrying out the Party’s decisions and learn from others.
His instructions convey the profound meaning that the pomiculture Sector should successively have a good crop of fruits by making a collective success through brisk campaign for swapping experiences and learning from others.
