Pyongyang, May 20 (KCNA) -- The proactive motivation work for increased production has been conducted at the construction sites in North Phyongan Province of the DPRK, increasing the people's enthusiasm for the revolution and patriotic deeds.
Officials of the North Phyongan Provincial Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea visited the officers and men of the 124th Regiments of the Korean People's Army, who are involved in the construction of regional-industry factories in the city of Kusong and the counties of Kujang and Unsan, and conducted motivation activities before them.
At the paddy fields where the farmers are busy with rice-transplantation, artistes of the provincial art troupe and artistic information team gave such performances as a song, "Do Prosper, Era of the Workers' Party", thus boosting the agricultural workers' patriotic zeal.
At the Sokha Farm in the city of Sinuiju, officials of the North Phyongan Provincial Committee of the Union of Agricultural Workers of Korea, helped the farmers to carry the young rice plants and transplant them, and organized explanations and lectures at breaks, thus instilling into the farmers the idea that they are responsible for the country's agricultural production.
Members of the women's union in Jongju City and Kwaksan and Cholsan counties have been encouraging the farmers and helpers through the motivation for increased production full of revolutionary optimism and enthusiasm. -0-
