Kim Jong Un, president of the State Affairs of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, sent a congratulatory message on May 22 to To Lam, president of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un in the message extended warm congratulations to To Lam on his election as the president of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

The message said that his assumption of the presidency is an expression of trust and expectation of the Vietnamese party and people.

The message sincerely wished him success in his responsible work for the prosperity of the country and wellbeing of the people.
