Meritorious persons of socialist patriotism are being steadily produced in different parts of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea.
According to data available, more than 70 people were awarded the title of meritorious persons of socialist patriotism in South Phyongan Province last year, and many officials and working people have been honoured with the title this year, too.
Among them are the high-yield farmers who rendered great services for filling the country’s granaries, and scientists and technicians who contributed to the prosperity of the country with valuable sci-tech achievements.
There are also forest rangers who have devoted all their lives to turning the mountains of their homeland into “gold and treasure mountains” with pure civic conscience, even though they may not be seen or appreciated.
Among the true patriots, who are always worried about the country’s affairs and unhesitatingly dedicate themselves to relieving the country of its burdens even a bit, are officials who have made tireless efforts with full responsibility for their sectors and units, and ordinary workers who have regarded it as part of their mental qualities to take the lead in carrying out difficult and uphill tasks.
Thanks to them who devote their all to the prosperity of the socialist country though they do different jobs, the drive for the comprehensive development of socialism is being dynamically pushed forward.
