Pyongyang, June 13 (KCNA) -- The Workers' Party of Korea Publishing House brought out Vol. 30 (enlarged edition) of "Complete Collection of Kim Il Sung's Works", a library of the immortal Juche idea that systematically and comprehensively deals with the classic works of President Kim Il Sung in chronological order. Contained in the book are 51 works, including historic speeches, conclusions and talks made by the President in the period from July to December Juche 46 (1957). In his celebrated work "On Strengthening Party Organizations and Implementing the Party's Economic Policy", the President comprehensively clarified that provincial, city and county Party committees and Party committees of industrial establishments should strengthen the Party organizations organizationally and ideologically and enhance the party spirit of officials in economic construction so as to implement the Party's policy on economy. "On the Immediate Tasks of the People's Power in Socialist Construction", "On Improving and Strengthening the Work of County People's Committee in Accordance with New Circumstances" and other works deal with such important tasks facing the people's power as consolidating the state and social system, further strengthening the economic foundation of the country and bringing about a fresh turn in the work of the people's committees at all levels. In his works the President stressed the need to steadily and thoroughly implement the Party's line of economic construction on giving priority to the development of heavy industry while simultaneously developing light industry and agriculture. The works clarify the idea that the agricultural production should be increased by tapping all the reserves for increased production, the peasants' living conditions made richer and socialist education intensified so as to further consolidate the victory of socialism in the countryside. There are some works dealing with the issues of overtaking the developed socialist countries in the field of industry in a short span of time by developing science and technology as soon as possible and training able technicians on a large scale. The book also contains classic works that give clear answers to the theoretical and practical issues arising in the revolution and construction, including the issue of making effective use of natural and economic conditions in each region, the issue of improving money circulation and grain processing, the issue of taking responsible care of the communications posts in the capital city and the issue of preserving peculiar characteristics of publications.
