Issue He Clarified on Spot

Woven on the road of the respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un’s devotion for country and people are numberless touching stories and the following is one of those stories.

One January day of Juche 101(2012) the respected General Secretary inspected a shop in Pyongyang.

Making the rounds of the shop, he learnt in detail about its operation and service and gave precious instructions.

In front of the male clothes stall he suggested that anyone try on trousers.

An official went to a changing room and the respected General Secretary said that it seemed that the shop had less changing rooms compared with its capacity and it would be better to put some rooms together rather than allotting them separately.

After a short while he examined the official’s dressing carefully and said that the trousers were made well but the length was a little longer.

When he was informed that such trousers were to be tailored according to the measurements by customers, he taught that if so, the clothes stalls should be attached with a tailoring place.

The officials were so moved by the respected General Secretary who thought of convenience of people above all and personally pointed out the defects in service.

They kept deep in their minds his noble intention that officials should deal everything from the stand of people and made a firm pledge to fulfill their mission and duty as true servants of people.

His Earnest Request

One September day the respected General Secretary visited a physical exercise center in Pyongyang nearing its completion as part of his field guidance.

While looking round the center, he learnt in detail about the characteristics of apparatuses and instructed that the employees should acquire expert knowledge.

An official in his company told him that there would be very popular among our people, especially the elderly, youths and children would love it.

The respected General Secretary expressed his great satisfaction saying that if not only school youth and children but office workers who work in rooms all day long take exercises and receive medical treatment at the center, they can devote themselves to the revolutionary work in good health. And he added that we should ensure that our people enjoy the civilized life to their heart’s content.

The officials were lost in deep thought.

Reflected in his saying were the firm pledge and will of the respected General Secretary who initiated the construction of the center and devoted himself to the work of making our people enjoy all the blessings in the world.

Presently the respected General Secretary earnestly requested that they should operate the center well so that the happy laughter of the people may be heard from the center.

His earnest request still implants into people’s minds the truth that the love of the respected General Secretary for people’s happiness is endless.
