- The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un received a message of thanks from Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin, president of the Russian Federation.

- An editorial calls for keeping up the spirit of defending the country in the 1950s as an invincible weapon.

- DPRK Premier Kim Tok Hun made a field survey of the agricultural sector in South Hwanghae Province.

- A decree of the Standing Committee of the Supreme People's Assembly of the DPRK on awarding the Three-Revolution Red Flag to exemplary units was issued.

Youth and students held a meeting to vow revenge upon the U.S. imperialists. A meeting of officials and members of the Democratic Women's Union of Korea was held to vow revenge upon the U.S. imperialists. An art exhibition on the theme of class education opened.
