Pyongyang, July 8 (KCNA) -- A stream of visitors is flowing to the Kaesong Municipal Revolutionary Museum in the DPRK amid the display of the people's will of loyalty to glorify the immortal exploits of President Kim Il Sung growing stronger with the greatest national memorial day as an occasion.
In July, officials, working people and schoolchildren from 40-odd units, including the Kaesong Municipal People's Committee, the Kaesong Children's Foodstuff Factory and Songdo University of Education, have visited the museum to grasp the precious exploits performed by the peerlessly great men for the economic development of the municipality and the improvement of its people's living standards.
President Kim Il Sung gave his field guidance to the municipality more than ten times from May Juche 38 (1949) to May Juche 81 (1992). Visiting various rural areas, he learned about the living conditions of peasants, indicated the ways for developing the rural economy and chose the site of the Kaesong Textile Mill.
Chairman Kim Jong Il clearly clarified the direction of the municipality's economic development, including the development of regional industry and proper farming, and made sure that the municipality preserved the excellent cultural sites and relics left by ancestors to be handed down to posterity.
The visitors were deeply moved to hear the explanation on such facts and see the historic data.
They also deeply grasped the great personality of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un who is translating into a brilliant reality the patriotic desire of the President and the Chairman for building a powerful country. -0-
