Pyongyang, July 8 (KCNA) -- True to the ideas and spirit of the Tenth Plenary Meeting of the Eighth Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, the Cabinet and the state economic guidance organs of the DPRK are taking concrete and practical measures to successfully attain the planned goals through a dynamic struggle in the second half of this year.
