A symposium on solving the problems arising in building the catalyst production base for the operation of C1 chemical industry was held recently at the Sci-Tech Complex under the sponsorship of the Korean Chemical Materials Society under the Central Committee of the General Federation of Science and Technology of Korea.
The symposium which was held under the theme "Building Catalyst Production Base Relying on Raw Materials and Technology of Korea" was attended by officials, scientists, technicians of over 10 units including Kim Il Sung University, Kim Chaek University of Technology, University of Sciences, the Chemical Industry Institute under the Ministry of Chemical Industry, the Hamghung Branch of the State Academy of Sciences and the Ponghwa Chemical Factory.
Sci-tech proposals for solving problems arising in building catalyst production base were made public and discussions held.
Certificates were awarded to those who were estimated excellent.
