Pyongyang, July 23 (KCNA) -- The whole area of the puppet ROK is now seething with the fierce candlelight resistance by people from all walks of life to put an end to the hideous nuclear war moves, fascist dictatorship and murderous rule of the Yoon Suk Yeol group of puppets.
The 99th candlelight rally and demonstration were staged in Seoul on July 20, amid the growing number of petitioners demanding the impeachment of puppet Yoon Suk Yeol that has surpassed 1.43 million.
Many petitioners took part in the rally holding candlelight in different parts of the ROK, further raising the hot wind for impeachment of puppet Yoon.
The participants in the rally burst their anger at puppet Yoon Suk Yeol's evil deeds for the past years in power as a war maniac, fascist dictator and chief criminal who destroyed people's living.
Speakers said it is high time that Yoon was impeached, reiterating their determination to continue the struggle for Yoon's impeachment to the end.
Members of a "meeting of law-makers struggling with candlelight action", formed to take an active part in the mass candlelight resistance, expressed their will to turn out in the impeachment struggle, true to the public mindset for impeachment petitioning.
A declaration was read out at the rally.
Noting that the whole ROK is covered with a wave of impeachment petitioners, the declaration stressed that there is no way out for Yoon and his party.
It added that an all-people resistance for the impeachment of Yoon would be continued on a large scale.
A press conference was called in Pusan with the attendance of impeachment petitioners.
Speakers at the conference accused Yoon of still resorting to dictatorship and arbitrariness while threatening the people's life and security, being engrossed in war drills despite of the public punishment in the general election.
Stating that the parliament should at once impeach Yoon disregarding the public mindset, they stressed that the all-people resistance would clearly show the public anger at the immoral Yoon regime. -0-
