Pyongyang, August 8 (KCNA) -- The Paektusan Hero Youth Shock Brigade, specially dispatched by the Workers' Party of Korea to rapidly remove the people's suffering from natural disaster, arrived at the site for recovery from the flood damage in Uiju County, North Phyongan Province and promptly started the rehabilitation project.
Officials and working people in North Phyongan Province and Uiju County greeted the members of the shock brigade on August 7.
The commanding officers of the shock brigade learn about the situation in the areas seriously affected by flood and conduct the organizational and political work to supply the manpower, machinery and materials and unconditionally finish the rehabilitation project in the period fixed by the Party.
