The Korean Central News Agency released a commentary under the title "Disgusting Talk about 'Nuclear Victim' by a State with Nuclear Ambition".

The commentary said.

Speaking at a so-called "peace ceremony" held in Hiroshima some time ago, Japanese Prime Minister Kishida pretended to be a "nuclear victim", triggering off an indignation of all people.

In his recent speech he said the sufferings of the people 79 years ago should never happen again. He had the impudence to let loose the sophistry that "it is the duty of our country, the only nuclear victim state, to maintain the 'three nonnuclear principles' and make sincere efforts to build a 'nuclear-free world'".

Japan is condemned by the world people as it has persistently pursued nuclear armament. All of a sudden, it is disgustingly acting, professing itself to be a "nuclear victim" under the signboard of the "three nonnuclear principles" which had already become a mere scrap of paper. But its vicious intention can never be concealed.

The then Japanese Prime Minister Sato in 1967 made public to the international community the "three nonnuclear principles" that Japan "will not possess, manufacture and import nuclear weapons".

But it was no more than a deceptive trick to conceal their nuclear ambition. In actuality, Japan has tenaciously pursued nuclear armament under the veil of the "three nonnuclear principles". In the 2000s the Japanese rulers went so far as to say that "it is easy for them to manufacture nuclear warheads and they have plutonium quite enough to manufacture thousands of nuclear warheads at the atomic power plants of Japan".

That's why Japan did not mention the "three nonnuclear principles", which had been talked about for form's sake, at all at the ceremony held in 2015 on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of atomic bombing in Hiroshima and Nagasaki. This time, however, Japan talked about the worn-out "three nonnuclear principles" again with a sinister intention.

Japan has a full capacity to manufacture and possess nuclear weapons at any time when it is determined to do and now needs justification and room for legalizing it. To this end, nowadays Japan attempt to find out possibility and ways for open possession of nuclear weapons while accelerating the admission to "AUKUS" called "nuclear submarine alliance of the Anglo-Saxons". Some time ago, it hatched a plot with the United States to reach an agreement on "nuclear sharing" under the pretext of "defence".

At this point of time, Kishida emphasized the A-bomb disaster they suffered in the last century, talking about the "three nonnuclear principles" again. Lurking behind it is their crafty intention to dull vigilance of the international community and realize their dishonest ambition for nuclear armament at any cost.

The road Japan doggedly follows deceiving the world is the road to go back to the miserable past of disaster in Hiroshima. Those who negate the history are doomed to be punished by history, the commentary added.
