Pyongyang, August 16 (KCNA) -- An oratorical meeting of youth and students to carry forward the revolutionary spirit of Paektu was held at the plaza of the Arch of Triumph Plaza on Thursday.
Present there were Mun Chol, chairman of the Central Committee of the Socialist Patriotic Youth League, officials of the youth league and youth and students in Pyongyang.
Present there were Choe Jin Hyok, a student of Kim Il Sung University, So Sang Hui, battalion commander of the Paektusan Hero Youth Shock Brigade, and Pae Song Hyok, chief instructor of the Central Committee of the youth league.
They highly praised the immortal revolutionary exploits of President Kim Il Sung who achieved the historic cause of national liberation and built a genuine people's country, an invincible socialist power on this land, and the personality of the respected fatherly Marshal Kim Jong Un as a peerlessly great man who is making a ceaseless long journey of devoted service for the people with his warm love for them and spirit of making selfless, devoted efforts for the good of them.
Through their stirring and appealing oratories, they renewed their firm pledge to fully display the brave mettle and courage of the Korean youth in the sacred struggle to open up a new upturn phase of comprehensive national rejuvenation under the guidance of Kim Jong Un . -0-
