It happened one day in August Juche98(2009) when Chairman Kim Jong Il visited the Kujang FishFarm.
After being reported that the fishfarm opened up a bright prospect for rapidly increasing the production offreshwater fish, he looked round fish ponds with great satisfaction.
When he arrived at a fish pond,suddenly a surprising thing happened.
Fishes swimming quietly in the watergathered in shoal in a moment towards where the Chairman stood.
The accompanying officials let outgasps of admiration.
Looking at the blue surface of waterin which the shoal of fish was swimming for a while, the Chairman said that asthey saw fish swarm towards him, they thought mysteriously of it, but he cameto think of many things as he saw the fish. And he heartily wished that all thefishes gathering towards him and more could be supplied to the people.
After a while, he noted that he hadsaid that sturgeon shoals would go to the sea at the Sinchang Fish Farm, but hewanted to say at this fish farm that the rainbow trout shoal goes to the people.He added that looking at the rainbow trout shoal now, he wanted very much tosend more freshwater fishes to the people as early as possible and that he wouldbe quite satisfactory if he could provide the people whohave experienced difficulties more than anyone else with a plentiful andaffluent life with nothing to envy in the world.
