Pyongyang, September 1 (KCNA) -- The third meeting of the 25th Central Committee of the Korean Youth League in Japan (KYLJ) took place at the Korean Hall in Tokyo on August 27.
Present there were Pak Ku Ho, first vice-chairman and concurrently director of the Organization Department of the Central Standing Committee of the General Association of Korean Residents in Japan (Chongryon), and Chairman Ri Kwang Il, Vice-Chairman and Director of the Organizational Department Ryang Sang Thae and Vice-Chairperson Kim Song Rang of the Central Standing Committee of the KYLJ and members of its Central Committee.
The national anthem of the DPRK was played.
Ri Kwang Il made a report at the meeting.
The reporter said that during the period under review the KYLJ has developed in depth its movement for the overall implementation of the important May 28 letter sent by the respected Marshal Kim Jong Un and thus achieved precious successes and experience in its organizational and ideological building and work for carrying out the four major tasks.
The report advanced the tasks for consolidating all the league organizations as reliable patriotic fortress and putting the KYLJ movement on a higher stage of comprehensively implementing the important letter of Kim Jong Un so as to glorify the 70th anniversaries of the formation of Chongryon and the KYLJ.
Then followed speeches.
Pak Ku Ho concluded the meeting.
