A European regional seminar on the Juche idea titled "Sovereignty and independence, new international relations" took place in Sofia of Bulgaria on September 8 to mark the 76th founding anniversary of the DPRK.
Present there were the director general, secretary general and directors of the European Regional Society for the Study of the Juche Idea, chiefs of Juche idea study organizations in the region, members of the delegation of the Secretariat of the International Institute of the Juche Idea (IIJI) and personages of various circles in Bulgaria.
Kenichi Ogami, secretary general of the IIJI, Keith Bennet, vice-director general of the European Regional Society for the Study of the Juche Idea, and Juche idea followers in Russia, Italy, Serbia and other countries attended the seminar via video-conferencing.
Introduced at the seminar were the congratulatory messages from the Asian Regional Institute of the Juche Idea, the African Regional Committee for the Study of the Juche Idea and the Latin American Institute of the Juche Idea. The secretary general of the IIJI and others made congratulatory speeches.
Matteo Carbonelli, director general of the European Regional Society for the Study of the Juche Idea, made a keynote report to be followed by speeches.
The reporter and speakers highly praised the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un, who has developed in depth the Juche idea into great Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism and steered the trend of global independence, as a peerlessly great man.
They called for further activating the study and dissemination of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism for national sovereignty and global independence.
A letter to Kim Jong Un was adopted at the seminar.
