Pyongyang, September 15 (KCNA) -- There took place meetings in Laos, Myanmar, Pakistan, Norway, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Kazakhstan and Mexico from August 27 to September 9 to celebrate the 76th founding anniversary of the DPRK.
Speeches were made at the meetings attended by personages of political and social circles and masses in those countries.
The deputy director of the General Political Department of the Laotian People's Army said that the DPRK has achieved great successes in bolstering up national defence, developing economy and improving the people's living standard under the guidance of President Kim Il Sung , Chairman Kim Jong Il and the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un over the past 76 years, and wished that the friendly and cooperative relations between the two countries with the good tradition would be eternal.
Senators of Pakistan and personages of the Pakistan Awami National Party, the Pakistan Trade Union Federation and the Pakistan-Korea Friendship and Solidarity Committee said that the prosperity, glory and dignity of the DPRK are associated with the august names of the President and the Chairman who turned the DPRK into an invincible socialist state and that the DPRK would demonstrate only the victory and glory thanks to the energetic leadership of Kim Jong Un ,.
A member of the Central Executive Committee of the Myanmar Journalist Association stressed that the DPRK would certainly attain its goal to become a prosperous power thanks to the outstanding leadership of HE Kim Jong Un , detailing the DPRK's history of proud victory.
The general secretary of the Central Committee of the People's Socialist Party of Mexico, the chairman of the Ostfold County Committee of the Communist Party of Norway, the chairman of the Denmark-DPRK Friendship Association, the chairman of the Sweden-Korea Friendship Association and the chairman of the Finland-Korea Society praised the exploits performed by the President and the Chairman for the founding and development of the DPRK.
Congratulatory messages to Kim Jong Un were adopted at the meetings held in Pakistan, Denmark and Sweden. -0-
