The Korea Sports Association of the Disabled is making planned and far-sighted efforts to put training guidance on a scientific footing, regarding it as key to success in competition.It directs efforts to scouting and training reserve players with suitable physical constitution in a scientific way.It ensures that all coaches, based on a detailed analysis of merits and demerits in the past training and competitions, specify training plans, carry them out without fail and put training guidance on a scientific footing.It also concentrates efforts on tactical training as suited to the preparedness of players so as to raise the sense of competition and steadily improve their basic technical skills.
