Enjoyer of New Era of Regional Change

The bare idea of enjoying the new era of the regional change makes all the people in our country fill with surging emotion and confidence.

How delightful and impressive the reality is, which is being unfolded on this land under the wise leadership of the respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un who devotes his all efforts to bringing about the new era of regional change with the unshakable will that the desire of regional people is just one of our Party.

Therefore, an official of the Orang County People’s Committee, hardly repressing his surging emotion on receipt of news that the construction of public health facilities, sci-tech learning spaces and grain management stations would be pushed ahead with simultaneously with the on-going construction of regional industry factories, said as follows:

"I thought that mere building of new rural dwelling houses and regional-industry factories is miraculous matter; however, the respected General Secretary gave field guidance at various regional-industry factories under construction and took new important measures which cannot be found anywhere else in the world, saying that the Party made the crucial decision in such a harsh period as now as it was indispensable. Receiving the news, I could not pacify my feelings.

"Though a month has passed since then, my delight and emotion have not cooled down yet.

"I think it is natural, as I face the dream-like reality and miracles I have never seen for all my life.

"The day when we, rural people, enjoy the benefits of new era of rural rejuvenation is not long to come as we uphold in high esteem the respected General Secretary, the greatest and most benevolent father."

A workteam leader of the Paeksok Farm in Sinchon County expressed his genuine feeling as follows:

"I was unable to obtain the sleep, because I was so satisfied with the thought that we, farmers who have done farming for all life, are to lead a civilized life as happy as townsmen. These days I do not feel tired though the work is hard.

"It is entirely thanks to our General Secretary and our benevolent system. We have already seen and keenly realized for over 10 years that everything he intended to do has been turned into reality and begets substantial results for the benefit of the people. I don’t doubt that our people’s lives will be well off further."

A weaver of the Kusong Textile Mill said as follows:

"The more time has passed, the more exciting news we have received and the more splendid reality we have witnessed.

"Only yesterday I thought that this was an epochal change looking at the new dwelling houses mushrooming across the country; but now I’ve known that the new era of regional change doesn’t mean merely the dwelling house. It embraces not only the modern regional industry factories but also the public health facilities, sci-tech learning spaces and grain management stations. Indeed, it was dream-like for me.

"Through this, I keenly realize that we live in genuinely good times and the land we live in is a cradle of happiness."

Let Us Advance toward Civilized Future, Not Waiting for

The respected General Secretary said in his important policy speech at the 10th Session of the 14th Supreme People’s Assembly (SPA) of the DPRK that he will review the work of implementing Regional Development 20×10 Policy on his own responsibility and press ahead with it. Listening to his speech, our people keenly realize that the respected General Secretary is the peerlessly benevolent father and make a firm pledge to repay his warm love and benevolence even a little.

An official of the Chonsam Farm in Anbyon County expresses his feeling as follows:

"Greeting the fruitfulness of the autumn, I look back upon this year past. Then I realize that the wonderful reality we have seen in the new era of rural rejuvenation is a fruit brought about by the devoted efforts of the respected General Secretary.

"I am so impressed whenever thinking of labor of the great father who gave an important decision others did not dare to do and indicated ways for realizing it one by one. I think it is not proper for people on this land to shed only tears of gratitude.

"We should not wait for happiness to come but advance toward the future, as it is all for us. We should contribute to the country even a little. This is just the nature of masters of the new era of regional change and their due obligation."

A technician of the Tokchon City Commission of Science and Technology said that though the People’s Army takes the full responsibility for the campaign to face-lift the local areas, the masters who are to enjoy the happiness and civilization should not remain idle and should perform innovations at their worksites in order to hasten the day of completion. And he made a pledge to bring about the sci-tech success conducive to the normal operation of the public health facilities, sci-tech learning spaces and grain management stations by making active research out of mind to lessen the labor of the respected General Secretary who pays deep attention to rural people’s life.

An official of the Ryanggang Provincial People’s Committee said as follows:

"Our province is located in seat unfavorable in geographic terms and thus it was behind other provinces in regional industry. So we envied the flat areas much. But now, we are so excited that we can lead a civilized life as much as townsmen. We, mindful that for what and for whom officials exist, will fulfill our duty and mission on the road to implement the Party’s noble intention the most thoroughly and perfectly."

With such dynamic mindsets across the country which are growing day after day, our people will accelerate the rosy future of civilization and prosperity as soon as possible under the wise leadership of the respected General Secretary.
