Pyongyang, October 1 (KCNA) -- Rodong Sinmun Tuesday in an editorial calls upon all sectors and units to further intensify the offensive spirit and thus glorify this year as a year of proud victory in the history of development of the DPRK.

True to the idea of the Ninth Plenary Meeting of the Eighth Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea on further raising the offensive spirit on the whole fronts of socialist construction, all the people of the whole country have made signal achievements by waging a dynamic struggle for offensive, creation and increased production full of loyalty and patriotism.
It is the fighting spirit and mettle peculiar to our people to make uninterrupted advance and leap forward towards greater victory, not resting content with the already achieved successes.
As the important tasks we plan and have to achieve practical results this year are concluded in this period, the present time requires all sectors and units to further heighten their offensive spirit and unconditionally carry out all the policy tasks set forth by the Party without fail and without any pending matter.
