The Rangnang District Construction Brigade is famous as a powerful building collective and a model unit.

A few years ago, minds of the officials of the brigade were complicated when the brigade was newly formed. Because, everything was insufficient and imperfect in the brigade and the employees did not settle down in their work.

The officials tried to find the key to solving the problem in providing the employees with good living conditions such as dining rooms and resting rooms in each battalion and each company.

The officials took the lead in the work for them.

After a while, excellent lodging quarters were erected and the way of working of the employees began to change.

During the days of constructing the main building of the brigade, the wood-processing base, the finishing building material production base, etc., they kept in mind that they can be genuine masters of the worksite when they spruce up their worksite with their own efforts.

Ri Sung Ho, a company leader, said that expecting the responsible duty from an employee who has no attachment to his worksite is like wanting a rich harvest from a vacant land. Visitors to the farm feel pleasant and gratified to see the solar-heat vegetable greenhouse, the mushroom base, the fish-breeding pond, beautiful villages and workteams covered by tall trees and various fruit trees.

It was not easy to make such successes.

They arranged a tree nursery and carefully planted numerous trees in the mountain behind the breed farm to turn it a thick forest.

Manager of the farm Kwon Yong Gyu mapped out the detailed plan for this year’s work including repairing the breed farm and houses of employees under the guidance of the Party organization in spring this year. Although he was busy with his work, he has propelled the work.

So, the appearances of several workteams and villages were wonderfully changed again in a few months.

Even now the officials and employees of the farm devote their patriotic efforts to their hometown with the single desire to beautifully spruce up their hometown.

Ever-changing Appearance of Factory

Visitors to the Kosan Fruit Processing Factory of the Kosan Combined Fruit Farm unanimously praise that interior of the factory was spruced up like a palace and its surrounding area like a park.

There are turfed field along the way, different species of trees and beautiful flowers in the compound of the factory to give pleasure to the people.

All these are associated with sincere efforts of the officials and employees of the factory.

They are all masters who keep the factory clean and take good care of the trees and flowers. Some of them purchased rare flower plants and fruit trees from other regions during their business tours to transplant them to the factory.

Not long ago, they achieved successes in the Three-Revolution Red Flag Movement.

However, they continue to further spruce up their worksite by pooling their wisdom and efforts.
