Pyongyang, October 2 (KCNA) -- New finishing building-materials production bases have been built or expanded in every province of the DPRK.
North Hwanghae Province built the Kyongam Tile Factory.
The design team completed the design on a high level in line with the trend of the development of the building-materials industry, and the technical forces of the province settled technical problems arising in putting the production processes into a modern basis, and thus established the production processes in a streamlined way.
North Hamgyong Province has turned the Chongjin Wood Processing Factory into a comprehensive base for producing wooden products, making it possible to supply more wooden products needed at the construction sites of rural houses and other sites of the province.
Kangwon Province has set the goal of turning the Anbyon Ceramic Factory into a comprehensive building-materials production base capable of mass-producing sanitary ware along with various kinds of tiles.
Meanwhile, production buildings with modern equipment and advanced production processes are being built one after another in different provinces, cities and counties. -0-
