Pyongyang, October 4 (KCNA) -- The non-permanent central committee for promoting Regional Development 20×10 Policy in the DPRK is pushing ahead with the construction of the Sinpho City Offshore Farm.
The committee has confirmed the equipment and materials needed for operation of the farm in contact with commissions, ministries and national agencies and has taken measures to secure them.
It is taking measures to raise the employees' technical knowledge and skills.
It is promptly acquainting itself with the problems arising in the supply of building materials and solving them in time.
A design of building arrangement has been completed and a project for building the farm as a model of offshore farming is being propelled. -0-
