Kim Jong Un, general secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea and president of the State Affairs of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, sent a wreath to the Friendship Tower on Oct. 25 on the occasion of the 74th anniversary of the entry of the Chinese People's Volunteers into the Korean front.

Written on the ribbon of the wreath sent by the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un were letters reading "We will remember the martyrs of the Chinese People's Volunteers forever".

Upon authorization, Ri Il Hwan, member of the Political Bureau and secretary of the WPK Central Committee, laid the wreath before the tower.
