Pyongyang, November 5 (KCNA) -- A campaign for promoting the regional development and improvement of people's living standards is underway in South Hamgyong Province, Kangwon Province and Nampho Municipality.
New goat farms with milk powder and fermentation feed production facilities were built in cities and counties of South Hamgyong Province. They now focus on putting the goat farming on a high sci-tech basis.
Kangwon Province continues to direct much effort to the construction of hydroelectric power stations. Thanks to the untiring efforts of provincial officials and builders, the Kosong Army-People Power Station is nearing completion and the construction of Hoeyang Army-People Power Station, Ichon Army-People Power Station No. 2 and Hoeyang Army-People Power Station No. 2 is proceeding as scheduled.
Officials and working people in Nampho Municipality are speeding up the construction of an instant noodle factory at the final stage. Structural construction and necessary equipment production have finished. -0-
