Pyongyang, November 8 (KCNA) -- The 2024 national rabbit show and experience-sharing workshop of Children's Union organizations and schoolchildren took place at the training institute of the Central Committee of the youth league on Nov. 6 and 7.
Present there were officials of the youth league in the capital, provinces, cities and counties, instructors of the school Children's Union organizations and schoolchildren who set an example in raising rabbits.
The show was held in the way of examining and evaluating new breeds of rabbits raised by schoolchildren from across the country at the extra-curricular time.
The workshop heard experience, gained in breeding good breeds of rabbits and introducing scientific breeding methods while providing nutritious feed, and successes made in reducing the death rate by taking veterinary and anti-epidemic measures and laying such material and technical foundations as feed processing equipment.
The participants watched a video on good deeds of pupils and students of various schools who have conducted a brisk rabbit-breeding campaign. -0-
