Production increases in field of electric power industry

Officials and workers in the field of electric power industry are bringing about an upsurge in the production.

The Pukchang Thermal Power Complex has boosted the production as against the same period of last year and is making continued innovations and advance onwards while consolidating the success.

The Sunchon, Chongchongang and other thermal power stations have widely introduced the valuable technical innovation successes and pushed ahead with the work to restore the equipment to its original performance, thus increasing the production.

A number of hydropower stations including the Hochongang, Sodusu and Jangjingang power stations are operating the generators at full capacity while making an effective use of the already secured water.

As a result, a lot of electricity is produced more at the Ministry of Electric Power Industry as against the like period of last year.
