SPA Standing Committee Chairman Choe Ryong Hae inspects different units in Kangwon Province

Choe Ryong Hae, member of the Presidium of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Workers’ Party of Korea, first vice-president of the State Affairs Commission of the DPRK and chairman of the Standing Committee of the Supreme People's Assembly, inspected various units in Kangwon Province.
Learning about the construction of regional-industry factories in Kosan County, he encouraged the soldier-builders who are stepping up the project at the final stage with loyalty and patriotism to repay the deep trust of the Party Central Committee, which placed them at the forefront for implementing the regional development policy in the new era.
Going round the Kosan County Raw Materials Base Station, he called for raising the per-hectare yield at the raw materials bases by manuring and tending crops in a scientific and technological way and improving the management method to ensure the normal operation of regional-industry factories.
At the Wonsan Leather Shoes Factory and the Kosan Combined Fruit Farm, he called upon the officials and employees to further raise the modernization level of footwear production, steadily improve the quality of products and develop the fruit storage and processing technology, bearing in mind the pride and honour of working at the glorious workplaces associated with the leadership exploits of the peerlessly great persons.
He said that the Ogye Farm, the forest management station and the goat farm in Anbyon County should make steady preparations for next year's farming on the basis of successes, experience and lessons in this year's farming, create forests in a profitable way so as to contribute to the economic development and the improvement of people's living standards in the region and increase the milk production by holding fast to the four main links of the stockbreeding development, including the securing of improved varieties and the supply of feed.
Learning about the judicial administration of the Anbyon County People's Committee, he stressed the need for the deputies to fulfil their mission and duty as servants of the people and conduct education in law observance in a diverse way with the main emphasis on establishing the law-abiding climate among the masses and, in particular, decisively enhance the role of members in charge of law explanation.
