Pyongyang, December 2 (KCNA) -- The Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea sent a message of greeting to the General Council of the United Russia Party (URP) on December 1.
In the message, the WPK Central Committee extended warm congratulations to the URP leadership, all its members and its supporters throughout the country on the occasion of the 23rd anniversary of the founding of the United Russia Party.
We are pleased that the URP is dynamically pushing ahead with the implementation of the programme of building powerful and prosperous Russia by pooling the patriotic enthusiasm of the people of all social strata as one, and express firm support and solidarity with the just cause of the United Russia Party and the Russian people to defend the sovereignty, security and development interests of the country, the message said.
Expressing belief that the friendly ties and cooperation between the WPK and the URP would make a positive contribution to further developing the comprehensive strategic partnership between the two countries, the message wished the URP greater success in its activities for happiness and prosperity of the Russian people. -0-
