With Intense Loyalty and Clear Conscience

I always remember the saying of a lecturer when I visited Chairman Kim Jong Il’s birthplace in the Paektusan Secret Camp. The lecturer said that anti-Japanese revolutionary fighters marched along the Sobaek Stream even in winter to guarantee for the security of the revolutionary headquarters.

They unhesitatingly marched through the ice water and bravely crossed the deadline for the safety of President Kim Il Sung regarding it as their glory and happiness to dedicate their lives to protecting him with the firm faith that the security of the President is just the destiny of the country.

Like the revolutionary fighters, I will devote myself to faithfully upholding the idea and intention of the respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un with intense loyalty and clear conscience.

Prototype of Self-reliance

I learned a lot of things through study tour of the revolutionary battle sites in the area of Mt Paektu. In particular, I was deeply impressed by the relics used by the anti-Japanese revolutionary fighters at the Sajabong Secret Camp.

During the stern anti-Japanese war without wings and the rear, the revolutionary fighters installed not only the arsenal but also the publishing house in the forest to contribute to the cause of liberating country with "gun of writing brush".

So, President Kim Il Sung recollected that their strenuous dedication to the Samil Wolgan deserves prominent mention as a prototype of self-reliance and fortitude.

Indeed, I deeply realized that nothing is impossible when one works in the spirit of self-reliance and fortitude displayed by the anti-Japanese revolutionary fighters at the Sajabong Secret Camp.

In the future, I will fulfill any tasks with my own efforts and technology overcoming all the difficulties in the spirit of self-reliance following the anti-Japanese revolutionary fighters.

To Live and Work as Anti-Japanese Guerrillas Did

I deeply felt about the revolutionary working attitude and way of life of the anti-Japanese fighters going round the Chongbong Bivouac, Pegaebong Bivouac, Mupho Bivouac and other bivouacs.

They clearly arranged the camping grounds and carefully dug a shallow well although they spent a single day there. Like this the anti-Japanese guerrillas had an appearance of the regular armed forces in all aspects. So, the Japanese army punitive forces escaped when they saw the camping grounds of the anti-Japanese guerrillas.

Their way of life and working attitude are the textbook example for us.

As the official in charge of a unit, I will lead all the employees of my unit to live and work as the anti-Japanese guerrillas did and make the unit into an active and powerful collective.
