Pyongyang, December 3 (KCNA) -- Following are major news items and articles in leading newspapers of the DPRK on Tuesday:

- The Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea decided to convene the Eleventh Plenary Meeting of the Eighth WPK Central Committee.
