Not long ago, officials of the shop went round the worksites and learned that an assemblyman of the work-team No.2 was not engrossed in his work because of his family affairs. Reproaching themselves for failing to take deep care of the employees’ life, the officials visited his house next day to solve the problems. Then the assemblyman could clear away his agony.

Once, a worker of the work-team of scaffold workers was seriously ill. Employees of the equipment assembly shop vied with each other to visit the patient with materials for tonics and nutritious foods and encouraged him.

Thanks to sincerity of comrades, the patient recovered his health and now he is working hard.

Like this the equipment assembly shop has advanced by dint of united strength fully displaying the collectivist spirit. It has recently won the title of the Twice Three-Revolution Red Flag.

Root of Uncommon Desire to Work

Women in the Jenam Coal-mine Village are known that they have strong desire to work.

Though they are hard to do family affairs instead of their husbands performing feat in face, they voluntarily undertake carrying coal and removing muck almost every day as well as clearing subgrade.

Sometimes they spend all night while making working gloves, preparing small tools and special dishes for their husbands after returning their homes.

And they visit the families of hewers and tunneling workers to inquire the problems arising in their life, and help them with sincerity.

When the project for expanding the coal depot started from August, they went to the construction site of their own accord and devoted their sweats to the work, even doing night work.

Whenever officials of the coal mine requested them to look after their home affairs and take care of their health, they smiled saying that they would be happy if the coal miners increased the coal production, however difficult they might be.

Even now, with strong desire to work, they have made further efforts to increase the coal production helping and leading each other forward.

Success Achieved by Dint of Collectivism

Not long ago, Kim Kum Ho, head of work-team No.7 of the Hongam Farm in Taehongdan County, looked round the farm fields belonging to his work-team with great satisfaction.

This is because the work-team over-fulfilled its national economic plan by conducting beautiful deeds helping and leading each other forward.

The fact could be proved through the potato-harvesting in late October.

The first sub-workteam members, who had been on the way to home with delight of finishing the harvest before others, saw the fourth sub-workteam members plying their hands.

Song Chol Bok, head of the sub-workteam, called on his members to help the fourth sub-workteam and from that day they helped their work in cooperation with those of the second and third sub-workteams.

As a result, the work-team could over-fulfill its national economic plan firstly in the farm.

Thinking of that day, Kim frequently said that such successes could be achieved by the sincerity and devotion of the work-team members helping and leading each other forward.
