An official of the factory said that the factory vigorously pushed ahead with the supply work, regarding it as an important one to implant into the employees the attachment to the worksite.
Therefore, vegetable fields, stockbreeding sheds and fish ponds were built, and the employees enjoy benefit from them.
This year the factory built the goat sheds in Suho-ri of Hoesang District to provide the employees with meat.
The factory has also cultural and welfare establishments including the barber’s and the beauty salon.
The factory vigorously pushes ahead with the work to improve the production environment.
The employees of the factory also give full display to the collectivist spirit of helping one another and there were many beautiful stories about their good deeds.
The employees of the factory call the factory their dear home.
Indeed, we could see bright future of the factory through the visit to the factory.
